Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a pioneering therapeutic approach created by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer. It combines the most effective elements of hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, and psychotherapy to identify and transform the root cause of limiting beliefs — the beliefs that are keeping you stuck, anxious, or held back from the life you deserve.
Unlike traditional talking therapy, which can take months or years, RTT works at the deep subconscious level where your beliefs and automatic behaviours actually live. Most clients experience significant, lasting change after just one to three sessions.
